Job summary

Century LLC seeks a Manufacturing Technician in Traverse City, MI to join the engineering team and deliver quality engineered products from door to floor, meeting customer requirements for quality and on-time delivery.

You will generate 3D models and 2D detailing, program components with Esprit Software, coordinate process changes with suppliers, and support manufacturing while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years CAD experience and 3-4 years machine programming.
• Swiss Lathe programming experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate 3D models and 2D detailing for in-process drawings and fixtures.
• Program components using Esprit Software.
• Coordinate process changes with internal teams or suppliers.
• Assist in process improvements, capital installations, and new processes.
• Support Production on the factory floor and ensure safety standards.
• Assist in manufacturing feasibility and cost targets within departments.
• Produce detailed instructions, tooling packages, and run first piece on CNC.
