Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Process Engineer - Machining for our Caledonia, MI facility on a full-time, in-person basis. You will optimize Swiss CNC machining processes, drive enhancements to reduce cycle times and waste, and program setups using Esprit CAD/CAM.

You will read and interpret GD&T and blueprints, select tooling, speeds, and feeds, troubleshoot downtime, and train operators to raise team skills. Join a growing, family-oriented environment with modern technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience programming Swiss CNC lathes.
• Proficiency in Esprit CAD/CAM.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprints, and machining principles.
• Experience with aerospace and medical manufacturing requirements.
• Continuous improvement mindset and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, cycle times, and quality.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and cost.

Process Engineer - Machining
Caledonia, MI | In-Person | $75,000 - $110,000 /yr | Full-Time

A well established and growing precision machining company supplying world-class components to the commercial, aerospace, and medical industries is hiring a Process Engineer with hands-on CNC programming experience. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize machining processes, and help production run smoother, faster, and with less waste, all with a team that cares about their people. Day shift, Monday to Thursday.

What You'll Do:
