The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Swiss CNC lathe programming experience, proficiency with Esprit CAD/CAM, strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills, and a track record in precision machining for aerospace or medical manufacturing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program and optimize Swiss CNC lathes using Esprit CAD/CAM.
• Improve cycle times, machining efficiency, and part quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and minimize downtime.
• Train and assist machine operators.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and waste reduction.
