Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a CNC Programmer to set up and maintain fabrication lines for aluminum products. You will program CNC machines and coordinate with operators to meet schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications include at least two years of CNC machining experience, knowledge of tooling and inspection, and the ability to read blueprints in English. We offer monthly profit sharing, retirement plans with company match, education assistance, and a bonus plan.

• Knowledge of tooling, fixtures and turning/milling centers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints in English.

Responsibilities

• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hours for job completion.
• Maintains CNC tooling and inventory for the CNC process.
• Keeps spare parts inventory for CNC operations.
• Produces parts to customer specifications with appropriate tooling knowledge.
• Layouts and writes programs for prototypes and setup of machines.
