Trace-A-Matic in Wisconsin seeks a skilled CNC Programmer/Setup Machinist to join a precision components team. Set up repeat jobs, program in G-code/M-code, inspect first articles, and verify against docs while maintaining tight tolerances with GD&T.

You’ll work with multiple CNC mills and lathes, mentor operators, troubleshoot tooling issues, and contribute to a safe, collaborative shop culture that offers gainsharing and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• High-precision machining experience required.
• Strong GD&T knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up fully documented repeat jobs and prepare production cells.
• Program at the machine using G-code and M-code.
