Job Responsibilities

1. Program, setup, and prove out CNC Lathes (Miyano)
2. Operate CNC Lathes & Mills with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience (REQUIRED)
3. Program and set up CNC Lathes & Mills with at least five (5) years of experience (REQUIRED)
4. Specialize in Miyano CNC Lathes with a minimum of three (3) years of experience (REQUIRED)
5. CAM experience is beneficial
6. Possess excellent knowledge of CNC programming (G & M codes, canned cycles, etc.)
7. Ability to select, change, set, and touch off tools
8. Use measuring devices accurately (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
9. Maintain quality consciousness
10. Follow specific work, process, safety instructions, and procedures
11. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
12. Communicate effectively and work well in a team
13. Exhibit a strong work ethic and good attendance record
14. Keep the work area organized and clean
15. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
