Staffmark Group is hiring a CNC Programmer in Lancaster, PA for first and weekend shifts. The role involves programming CNC equipment from 3D models and drawings, calculating speeds and feeds, and developing efficient multi‑operation machining programs to support production goals.

The candidate will read blueprints, maintain documentation, assist with tooling and process planning, and troubleshoot issues while ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Must have solid mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software preferred.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming required or preferred.
• CNC milling programming experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC equipment from CAD drawings and CAM files.
• Calculate speeds, feeds, tooling, and material considerations.
• Develop multi‑operation machining programs to meet production needs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for quality.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation.
• Assist with tooling selection, procurement, and process planning.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and tolerance.
• Support production schedules and collaborate with operators.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Contribute to manufacturing methods and programming standards.
• Record labor, material usage, and production activities.
