Staffmark is hiring a CNC Set Up Machinist in Lititz, PA, with pay rates $32.50–$38.75/hr and a weekend shift. You will program, set up, and operate CNC milling equipment to manufacture precision components while supporting production efficiency and quality.

The role requires 3+ years CNC experience, ability to read blueprints, and strong attention to detail. Training on first shift is available; overtime and alternate shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC experience including machine set up.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling equipment with guidance from seasoned teammates.
• Operate CNC milling machines per programs and work instructions.
• Read blueprints and manufacturing docs to ensure accuracy.
• Load/unload materials and tooling safely and efficiently.
• Maintain productivity and support department goals.
• Prepare tooling and adjust offsets to ensure quality.
• Monitor tooling for wear and perform corrective actions.
• Complete work orders and coordinate with supervisors.
• Ensure finished parts meet quality standards and specs.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep area clean.
• Record labor hours and material usage in systems.
