Job summary

Gibson Inc., the iconic guitar brand, is seeking a CNC Programmer in Nashville, TN to deliver CNC solutions and new technology for current and new products. You will work with engineering, production, NPI, and maintenance to produce safe, efficient CNC code.

The role requires strong CAD/CAM skills, Mastercam/SolidWorks, and experience reading G-code, along with the ability to design fixtures, train operators, and optimize processes.

Qualifications

4+ years CAD/Drafting experience preferred.
AA/BS degree or equivalent; college/technical certificate acceptable.
Able to read and write G-Code.
Strong communication and team skills.

Responsibilities

Design, fabricate, and implement tool fixturing for guitar manufacturing.
Implement CNC processing practices for wood products.
Develop training programs for CNC operators.
Interpret drawings and specifications to determine tolerances.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines; support maintenance team.
