Gibson Brands Inc in Nashville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance of production equipment, HVAC, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. CNC maintenance experience is a plus and you will work closely with manufacturing engineers.

The role requires strong communication, safety focus, and the ability to read schematics. Travel to Nashville locations is required; lifting to 50 pounds daily; IT support and NPI validation may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in electronic/electromechanical systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage projects.

Responsabilités

• Program and operate PTH equipment (Printers, Placers, Oven, AOI and AXI).
• Assist in developing manufacturing processes with engineers.
• Lead manufacturing trials by preparing coupon-level samples.
• Oversee automated electrical and mechanical test equipment.
• Roll out process changes to production equipment after validation.
• Respond to advanced maintenance issues and support IT as needed.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to meet capacity targets.
• Support New Product Introduction from a manufacturing perspective.
