Job summary

Milwaukee Valve Corporation in Prairie Du Sac, WI is seeking a CNC Programmer to create CNC programs via CAD/CAM software and manual coding for a variety of machines and controllers. The role includes program prove-out, tool testing, setup, and measurement of parts with GD&T accuracy.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and either an AA/AS or 1 year related experience, plus proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T. Opportunities for training and growth are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA/AS degree or 1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and manual coding.
• Run on multiple machine types and controllers with varying complexity.
• Perform tool tests, set up, and prove out programs.
• Documentation and quality inspection of machined parts.
• Mentor/training of others in setup tasks.
