Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints; ERP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and CAD/CAM files to create CNC programs.
• Develop, test, and optimize G-code for multi-axis machining centers.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues.
• Perform first-quality inspections and adjust programs for tight tolerances.
• Maintain and update CNC program libraries with version control.
