Job summary

Responsibilities include offline CNC programming (G-code in Mastercam), robot programming, maintaining programs through ECR changes, tooling coordination, and process improvements with machinists and Engineers. Candidates should have 3–5 years of CNC programming experience and an Associate degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC programming experience preferred.
• Ability to write and edit G Code fluently through Mastercam for mill and lathe.
• Knowledge of Solid Works and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete offline CNC programming for mills and lathes, preferably in Mastercam.
• Program and debug robots; update programs during ECR process.
• Coordinate with tooling and machinists to optimize cycle time and tool paths.
• Generate setup sheets with fixtures, load pictures, and offset locations.
• Review and approve Cimco Import Queue outputs and setup sheets.
• Champion continuous improvement projects and document outcomes.
• Identify project scope and ensure thorough documentation.
