Job summary

Berry Metal Company is seeking a CNC Programming Specialist to focus on creating and optimizing programs for 3-axis mills and 2-axis lathes, aiming to improve manufacturing efficiency and output quality.

The ideal candidate will work with machinists and engineering teams to develop workholding solutions, verify programs against drawings, and help drive tooling optimization and process improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or CNC Programming role.
• Ability to interpret, verify, and edit G&M Code.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and CAD models.

Responsibilities

• Create set up sheets and programs for 2-axis lathes and 3-axis mills.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineering teams to develop workholding solutions.
• Verify programs against drawings to ensure revision compliance and reduce run times.
