Job summary

Imasen North America in Bucyrus, OH is seeking an entry-level CNC Programmer/Operator to help produce high-quality precision components using Haas CNC equipment. The role requires at least one year of experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.

You will set up, program, and operate Haas CNC milling machines, read blueprints and GD&T, use CAD/CAM software, inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, and collaborate with engineering and production to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year CNC machining and programming experience.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with Haas CNC mills and Fanuc controls preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel a plus.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program Haas CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
• Use CAD/CAM software to create and modify CNC programs.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Maintain quality and production documentation.
• Work with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
