You will own robust CAM packages and CNC programs for tight-tolerance components, enabling fast, repeatable production and serving as the foundation for our manufacturing throughput.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience programming 3- and/or 5-axis CNC for high-precision parts.
• Background in aerospace or regulated industries with tight tolerances.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and ability to interpret CMM data.

Responsibilities

• Generate precise CNC toolpaths and posts meeting internal standards.
• Create setup and work instructions for first-run success.
• Collaborate with product teams to trial automation and iterate quickly.
• Contribute to knowledge base with tooling, workholding, and methods.
