Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills (3–4 axis VMC) with Fanuc, ProtoTRAK, or Okuma controls.
• Interpret GD&T to ensure features meet design intent.
• Write, edit, and refine G- and M-code for quality and efficiency.
• Select, set, and maintain CNC tooling for reliable results.
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues; perform maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Apply manual machining skills to assist in complex setups or repairs.
• Collaborate with peers to improve processes and elevate product quality.
