Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-year related experience.
• Experience with CNC machining and programming.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Program and set up 2–4 axis CNC Lathes and Mills.
• Use MasterCAM and DNC to support machining operations.
• Create setup sheets and determine tool requirements.
• Inspect parts with calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
• Verify machining programs via simulations and dry runs.
• Support process improvements to reduce cycle times.
