Protolabs in Nashua, NH is seeking a CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC milling programs for precision prototype components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 2+ years as CNC Programmer and 5+ years as a setup Machinist/Lathe Machinist, with Mastercam experience. Shift: Mon-Fri, 11 pm–7 am, in Nashua, NH. Excellent benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC Programmer experience.
• 5+ years as setup Machinist or Lathe Machinist.
• Mastercam experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create CNC programs for CNC Milling machines for quality, cost, or tooling efficiency.
• Setup sheet creation and revision.
• Approval of CNC programs, revisions, and documentation.
• Provide technical support to Project Engineers, Supervisors, Estimators and CNC Machinists for CNC program creation and/or modification.
• Prepare CAM files from various sources to include CAD files, prints, and verbal instruction.
• Set up CNC milling machines and run parts as needed.
• Review customer documentation for errors and work with Estimators, Operations Manager, Quality, or customers to correct prior to manufacturing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
