• Proficient in CNC programming with Mastercam or similar CAM software.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities (algebra & trigonometry).
• Excellent blueprint reading and technical comprehension.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed CNC programs using multi-axis CAM software for machining centers.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Create setup instructions and support machinists during initial part production.
