Job summary

TekStream Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support precision manufacturing and production programs. The role requires deep Mastercam expertise, strong G-code skills, and the ability to work from 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.

Your background should include CNC setup, tooling and fixture selection, and a solid understanding of speeds, feeds, and material properties. Independence and mentoring of junior staff are valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years CNC machining and programming experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Mastercam experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience writing and editing G-code / machine code.
• Experience working with 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
• CNC machine setup experience, including tooling, fixtures, and materials.
• Strong knowledge of tool selection, cutting speeds, and feed rates.
• Understanding of machining principles, tool wear, and material properties.
• Able to work independently and support/mentor junior team members.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with Mastercam is highly preferred; SolidCAM or other CAM software may also be considered.
