Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar CAM software
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D models
• Select tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining
• Perform setup support and troubleshoot machining issues
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience
• Strong knowledge of G-code, machining processes, and tooling
• Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis mills and/or CNC lathes
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD models
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
