Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules and priorities.
• Generate or modify CNC programs to support scheduled work.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate tooling, materials, fixtures, and setup requirements before production begins.
• Verify machined components conform to engineering drawings and tolerance requirements.
• Communicate project status, completion estimates, and production concerns to leadership.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or production bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, throughput, and machine utilization.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional production-related duties as needed.
