Qualifications

• Proven CNC programming experience in a professional manufacturing setting.
• Strong ability to translate engineering drawings into machining plans.
• Experience programming milling machinery and related tooling.
• Familiarity with CAM software such as NX, Surfcam, Mastercam or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create and adjust CNC code for large-scale aerospace parts.
• Program lathes, mills or VTLs as required by the job.
• Analyze blueprints and schematics to ensure precision.
• Refine machining workflows to improve speed and consistency.
• Collaborate with shop floor to resolve technical issues.
• Verify programs meet quality and tolerances.
• Integrate into existing software and processes.
