Position Summary

The Swiss/Lathe Programmer III will be responsible for creating automated inspection measurement routines according to prints, ensuring they conform to all print requirements and our Quality Management System standards.

Shift Availability

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities

Programmer Duties and Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in all areas of quality programming, with the ability to troubleshoot issues
• Create automated inspection programs and routines for various equipment
• Edit automated programs as needed
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to develop inspection methods and suggest alternatives
• Perform IQ/OQ on automated inspection equipment
• Design fixtures for automated inspection routines

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements, Education & Experience

• At least 4 years of experience programming automated inspection equipment
• Experience in medical manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and dexterity
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range

USD $24.66 - USD $35.72 per hour
