Job summary

ITT Enidine Incorporated is seeking a CNC Programmer II for its New York facility. The role independently develops, optimizes, and troubleshoots CNC machining processes, with advanced CAD/CAM programming and fixture design responsibilities.

You will lead improvements, mentor operators, and support multiple machining platforms in a high-precision environment. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, strong GD&T and CAD model interpretation, and effective

Advanced ability to interpret engineering drawings with GD&T and CAD models.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
Experience with CNC machining processes and problem solving.
Strong communication to interact with teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize machining process plans for moderate to high complexity components.
Create complete operational routers in ERP systems.
Design complex fixtures and tooling, including CAD models and prints.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CNC operations.
Lead continuous improvement to reduce cycle time, scrap, and variation.
Analyze dimensional data, SPC trends, and CMM reports for quality investigations.
Maintain process documentation, tooling records, and revision control.
Apply advanced machining strategies and stay current with tooling developments.
Train and mentor machine operators on manufacturing processes.
