Job summary

Fralock is seeking a CNC Programmer II for its Poway, CA facility to create 3-axis Mill CAD/CAM programs and convert DXF/PDF files using MasterCam and NCCam. The role requires setup of CNC equipment and processing jobs with ceramic and specialty materials, ensuring quality and efficiency.

You will read blueprints, perform first article inspections, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to drive improvements. Onsite, 2nd shift, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related experience accepted.
• Five or more years CNC programming experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Mastercam or CNC programming certificate highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Create CAD/CAM programs and convert DXF/PDF files.
• Set up machines, run multiple milling centers, adjust tooling and offsets.
• Read blueprints/engineering drawings and GD&T; ensure conformance.
• Lead first article inspections and support quality/engineering teams.
