1-3 years of CNC programming or advanced machining experience.
Basic proficiency in CAM software and understanding of G-code.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Willingness to learn multi-axis programming and oil & gas component requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop CNC programs for CNC mills and lathes using CAM software under supervision.
Create setup documentation and tool lists.
Assist with program simulation, first-article support, and basic troubleshooting.
Update existing programs for minor design or process changes.
Maintain organized program and tool data.
Learn advanced programming techniques and support continuous improvement efforts.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
