Job summary

Stone Enterprises in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Programmer to join our precision shop. You will program, set up, and operate Hurco and Haas mills and lathes to fabricate custom food processing equipment components.

We value accuracy and teamwork; this hands-on role requires reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and maintaining tight tolerances on stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics. Monday–Friday schedule with consistent daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC programming and setup experience.
• Experience with Hurco and Haas machines preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience machining stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate Hurco or Haas CNC mills and lathes.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for precision parts.
• Read blueprints and verify dimensions with calipers/micrometers.
• Select tooling and parameters based on material and tolerances.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and quality.
