Job summary
B & H Machining in Ramsey, MN is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our growing shop serving multiple industries. You will program CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and develop programs using GibbsCAM or other CAD/CAM software.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as CNC Programmer.
- GibbsCAM experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of machining geometry and tolerancing.
- Experience in aerospace or high-precision industries.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Program CNC mills and/or lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Develop CNC programs using GibbsCAM or other CAD/CAM software
- Design tooling and fixtures
- Troubleshoot machining issues and modify programs
- Collaborate with production and engineering on lean initiatives
- Maintain documentation of programs and setups
- Participate in continuous improvement for efficiency and quality
- Work collaboratively with machinists
