Job summary

ALL JOBS is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes in our Minnesota shop. The role emphasizes GibbsCAM programming, plus the ability to edit and optimize CAM programs for precision parts.

You will read blueprints, calculate tooling and offsets, run parts, inspect quality, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and cycle times.

Qualifications

• Strong CNC programming experience to develop, edit, and optimize programs.
• Experience with GibbsCAM strongly preferred.
• Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and machining specs.
• Willingness to learn GibbsCAM if using other CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.
• Develop, write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using GibbsCAM.
• Set up machines, tooling, offsets, and work coordinates.
• Load raw materials and finished parts and maintain safe production.
• Inspect parts, read drawings, and improve machining processes.
• Troubleshoot programming and tooling issues with the team.
