ITT Goulds Pumps in Seneca Falls, NY is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop CAM programs for mills and lathes using Mastercam or similar software. You will interpret CAD models and blueprints to produce precise pump components with strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of CNC programming experience, proficiency with Creo Pro/E, and lean/mistake-proofing experience. Knowledge of G-codes, speeds, and feeds is essential.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED or trade school certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining and programming experience.
Familiar with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints; strong CAD/CAM capability.

Responsibilities

Program CNC equipment such as Horizontal/Vertical Lathes and Milling Centers offline from CAD models using CAM software.
Review blueprints and CAD models to generate offline programs.
Adjust cutting paths to optimize production while maintaining quality and safety.
Create setup sheets and tool lists; define optimized tools, speeds, feeds, and fixtures.
