Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school training in related field preferred.
• 2 years CNC programmer experience with MasterCam is required.
• 4+ years operating machines in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machinery and source tooling for product launches.
• Assist with creating work instructions and BOM management using Agile.
• Set up machines and communicate operating instructions to team members.
• Develop fixtures for CNC machinery ensuring safe, manufacturable designs.
• Lead process improvements to reduce non-value-added work and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Pride departments to meet quality and delivery targets.
