Job summary

Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® is seeking an experienced machinist to operate CNC centers, water jet, and related equipment in our US shop. You will read blueprints, set up mills and related tools, and ensure parts meet print specifications.

The role requires strong math and measuring skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to cross-train on multiple jobs. Commitment to safety and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or GED with machining exposure.
Ability to read drawings, prints or verbal instructions and work within tolerances.
Experience using micrometers, calipers, height gauges and other precision tools.

Responsibilities

Program and safely operate CNC machining centers, water jet, press brake and tube bending.
Perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment and inspect finished parts.
Set up and operate milling machines and other metalworking equipment.
Review drawings and ensure parts meet print specifications.
Take precise measurements and quantify deviations for quality control.
Assemble and weld prototypes to blueprint specifications.
Cross-train for multiple jobs within the shop and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Adhere to safety policies and report any incidents promptly.
