Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in CNC machining, setup, programming, and shop operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Advanced proficiency in Mastercam programming (required).
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Proven experience in production scheduling and workflow management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee machine shop personnel and provide technical guidance during setup and machining.
• Lead all Mastercam programming activities for CNC equipment.
• Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement lean improvements to boost throughput.
• Coordinate maintenance, tooling, and equipment to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and management teams.
