• 4+ years CNC programming experience.
• Read blueprints, GD&T and technical drawings.
• Set up and prove out CNC programs and adjust as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit CNC programs for milling and turning operations using Edgecam.
• Program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
• Select tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.
• Set up and prove out CNC programs, making adjustments as needed.
• Train and support CNC operators on machine operation, programs, setups, and procedures.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure finished parts meet specifications.
