Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for mills and multi-axis machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Select appropriate tooling, cutting methods, and machine parameters.
• Set up and prove out new programs on CNC equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams.
• Ensure all programs meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain organized program documentation and revision control.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
