Dynatect Manufacturing in New Berlin, WI is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with 4+ years of CNC programming experience to develop and optimize milling and turning programs using Edgecam. You will read blueprints, GD&T, and set tooling and parameters to ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of CNC programming experience required.
• Develop and edit CNC programs for milling and turning operations using Edgecam.
• Read blueprints and GD&T to select tooling and parameters.
• Set up, prove out, and adjust CNC programs; troubleshoot issues.
• Train and support CNC operators on programs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit CNC programs for milling and turning.
• Program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software.
• Read and interpret drawings and GD&T; select tooling and parameters.
• Set up and prove out programs; optimize for quality and efficiency.
• Perform in-process inspections with calipers and micrometers.
