Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for a direct-hire role in Lititz, PA. You will create and optimize CNC programs from CAD/CAM data, select tooling, and determine machining strategies to produce precision components for various industries.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of CNC programming or 5+ years machining experience, familiarity with G-code/M-code, and strong blueprint reading. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification.
1-3 years CNC programming experience, or 5+ years machining experience.
Experience with CAD/CAM software preferred.
Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
CNC milling programming experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude, math skills, and blueprint reading abilities.

Responsibilities

Create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
Program equipment from 3D models, drawings, and engineering specifications.
Select tooling, determine machining strategies, and support process improvements.
Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain manufacturing documentation and production records.
Collaborate with operators and production teams to improve efficiency.
Support continuous improvement, safety, and manufacturing goals.
