Staffmark Group is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for a direct-hire role in Lititz, PA. You will create and optimize CNC programs from CAD/CAM data, select tooling, and determine machining strategies to produce precision components for various industries.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of CNC programming or 5+ years machining experience, familiarity with G-code/M-code, and strong blueprint reading. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
• Program equipment from 3D models, drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Select tooling, determine machining strategies, and support process improvements.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and production records.
• Collaborate with operators and production teams to improve efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement, safety, and manufacturing goals.

Location: Lititz, PA

Pay Rate: $27.00 - $36.30/hour

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
