CNC Programmer Development Program - Second Shift

Join the CNC Programmer Development Program - Second Shift role at Patriot Machine, Inc.

Program Overview

Train with industry professionals to develop efficient CNC machine programs for the aerospace industry’s most complex, 5-axis machined parts, using drawings or models from OEM customers. Gain hands-on experience in machining aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel with CAD/CAM software.

Program Training Includes

• Basic and advanced Siemens NX CAD/CAM software training
• Aluminum and hard metal machining techniques
• Process verification using CGTech Vericut software
• Creating and maintaining CNC shop books

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person
• Knowledge of machine setup and machining (5-axis experience preferred)
• Ability to read machined part drawings
• Attention to detail and dedication to process excellence
• Self-starter with willingness to learn and collaborate

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in CNC Programming
• CNC Machining experience
• Experience with CAM (Vericut) software
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Experience in fixture design concepts

May require U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is mandatory. Dual citizenship may affect eligibility.
