Job description

Join Our Team as a CNC Machinist at SPX FLOW, Inc.

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists for our facility in Delavan, WI. This is a full-time, permanent position on the 3rd shift (11pm – 7am), with training conducted on 1st shift. We offer a competitive wage, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package starting from day one.

Position Highlights

• Starting pay of $26.00-$29.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Shift premiums of $2.50 for second shift and $2.75 for third shift
• $1,500 sign-on bonus based on successful completion of introductory performance expectations
• Over three weeks of paid time off annually

Responsibilities

Set up and operate a wide range of machine tools to produce machined components and finished fittings for shipment. Read and interpret work orders, select proper tooling, load and edit programs, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of machining experience
• Ability to work with various machine tools and produce parts to tight tolerances (.05 - .003) and finish of 20 micro inches
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, shop math, and using measurement instruments
• Preferred: Technical degree or relevant certification, experience with Mori Seiki, Hitachi Seiki, Okuma, Fanuc, G&M Code

Physical & Work Conditions

Must be able to lift/move 40 lbs. Reasonable accommodations available. Other duties as assigned.
