Job Summary:
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and setting CNC milling or turning machinery to produce high-precision components that meet exact specifications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, set up, and program CNC machines to produce precision components according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure high-quality output.
  • Conduct inspections of finished parts using precision measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production flow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize machining processes.
  • Keep detailed records of production activities and machine performance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; vocational training or apprenticeship in machining preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with CNC controls (e.g., FANUC, Siemens, or Haas).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work first or second shift, with overtime availability.
