The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Write, edit, and maintain CNC programs for production
  • Collaborate with operators to improve programs and resolve machining issues
  • Manage tooling systems, including inventory, tracking, and ordering
  • Ensure programs produce parts that meet required tolerances and quality standards
  • Support first article runs and work closely with QA and production teams
  • Monitor machining processes and optimize tooling, speeds, and feeds
  • Assist with machine installations, commissioning, and process improvements
  • Maintain CNC program backups and documentation
  • Train and support CNC operators as needed
