LeoForce in Blaine, MN is seeking a dynamic CNC Programmer to join our engineering team. This permanent, first shift role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment to produce precision components, collaborating closely with design and production to meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of CNC programming experience, Mastercam proficiency, and strong reading of blueprints.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CNC programming role in the engineering industry.
  • 2 or 4 year Tech Degree required (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in programming with Mastercam software.
  • Demonstrated experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Extensive knowledge of tool and die, including the ability to create and modify fixtures and tooling.
  • Experience with CMM equipment for part inspection and validation.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine setup and operation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
