Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join the 1st shift on site. The role involves developing and programming CNC processes for parts, with a 32.00–36.50/hour pay range and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate has vocational/technical training or 2 years of equivalent experience, and will write programs, determine processes from drawings, run simulations, and create setup sheets to ensure quality and efficiency.

CNC Programmer (1st shift, Full-Time, Onsite only)

$32.00 - $36.50/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programming Team Lead, the experienced CNC Programmer is to assist with the development and provide programming as assigned for computerized machine processes in manufacturing.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Write machining programs for new parts as assigned by the Senior Programmer.
  • Maintain facilities on routings for most current machines.
  • Determines machining process from established drawings/prints.
  • Write machining programs for parts with CAM software.
  • Decide which cutting tools and speeds and feeds are appropriate, considering the design specifications, materials.
  • Run simulation tests.
  • Create set-up sheets for programmed parts.
  • Evaluate programs and determine if improvements can be made to the code to increase efficiency, quality and safety.
  • Review ECN’s for possible program changes.
Requirements

Programming education from a vocational/technical school or 2 years of equivalent experience
