Job summary

SPX FLOW, Inc. is seeking a CNC programmer to develop manufacturing programs for CNC machines, coordinating tooling requirements with the tool designer, manufacturing engineer and operators where applicable.

The role includes program development for new parts, tool-sheet and setup-sheet creation, and testing tooling and processes, along with ECN changes and participation in capital equipment justification for CNC equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to make tooling improvement recommendations.
• Familiarity with manual and CNC controls; machining stainless steels.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player with a commitment to learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Developing, investigating, and testing tooling, fixtures and process
• ECN related program changes
• Participating in capital equipment justification projects of CNC equipment when necessary
