Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in Vernon, California is seeking an experienced CNC/NC Programmer to design, develop, and validate programs for metal-cutting machines. You will ensure program safety, quality, and on-time delivery while supporting production with troubleshooting and cross-region programming.

The role requires strong CAD/CAM skills, experience with Esprit CAM, and familiarity with Mazak Integrex machinery.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 5–7 years CNC programming experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Proficiency in Esprit CAM and basic CAD/CAM workflow.

Responsibilities

• Support NC programmer team.
• Gain technical knowledge as part of the work.
• Communicate with counterparts to roll out jobs.
• Control the handling of CNC programs in the server.
• Meet customer delivery dates and maintain on-time delivery.
• Create programs in CAM software (Esprit) and develop tool paths.
• Utilize CAD/CAM tools to develop programs and tool paths.
• Interact with engineering to process jobs as required.
• Flexible in cross-region programming and understanding regional differences.
• Other duties as assigned.
