CNC Machinist

Shift Opportunities:

• 1st Shift: Starting at 6am. Looking for 4 or 5-star candidates.
• 2nd Shift: Starting at 4:30pm. Open to all experience levels, with a 10% shift premium.

We currently have openings for experienced CNC Machinists with G-code programming, setup, and operation skills, including 5-axis machining. Trainee positions are also available for candidates with a CNC course degree.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set up, program, and operate CNC machines, including verticals, shuttles, bars, and 5-axis machines.
2. Select appropriate tooling and assemble cutting tools.
3. Produce parts within specified tolerances and specifications.
4. Ensure high productivity levels of CNC machines.
5. Review setup sheets and specifications to determine procedures and dimensions.
6. Measure workpieces for conformance using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges.
7. Adjust machine speeds and feeds; change cutters as needed.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
