Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CNC programming or machining experience.
• Proficient in Mastercam X9 or newer.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Proficient in programming/operating 3-,4-,5-axis CNC routers.
• Able to read technical drawings and GD&T.
• Hands-on mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine 2D, 3D, and multi-axis CNC programs (Mastercam, 4-axis).
• Translate shop drawings and CAD models into machining instructions.
• Select tooling, speeds, feeds for wood, MDF, acrylic, metal.
• Optimize nesting layouts and material yield.
• Run simulations, machine setups and dry runs; edit G-code.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances on finished components.
• Collaborate with Detailing and Production teams on exhibits.
